Office Manager
Grade 4, Point 12 – 15 (£27,803 – £31,364 FTE) (£25,530 - £28,800 pro rata)
37 hours, 42 weeks per year (term time, PD days and an additional 15 days)
Required from November 2024

Springfield Junior School is looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to fulfil our Office Manager role.

Please apply if you have:

1. excellent communication and IT skills including use of Microsoft Office
2. excellent literacy, numeracy and interpersonal skills
3. a positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
4. the ability to prioritise work using your own initiative
5. experience of working in a busy office environment
6. a good understanding of the need to always maintain professional confidentiality
7. the skills to be flexible and a team player
8. experience as an Office Manager, ideally in a school environment is desirable
